Refund Policy

Effective date: May 8, 2026

This refund policy applies to subscriptions and trials of Altura, the speech coaching product suite operated by Snow Strategy & Innovation LLC. It is consistent with §7 of our Terms of Service. If anything is unclear, write to support@altura.coach and we’ll explain.


The short version

  • Try Altura free for 7 days, no credit card required (direct downloads).
  • You can cancel anytime to stop future billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable after the trial period. We do not refund partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or downgrades within a paid period.
  • We will consider exceptions at our discretion for genuine service issues — write to support.
  • App Store purchasesfollow Apple’s refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free trial

If you sign up for a direct download through altura.coach, you can try Altura free for 7 days. We do not require a credit card for this trial.

At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using paid features. You will not be auto-charged. If you don’t upgrade, your access will pause until you choose a plan.

App Store trials follow Apple’s mechanics, which generally require a payment method on file. If you do not cancel before an Apple-hosted trial ends, Apple will auto-charge for the first paid period.

Trials may be limited to first-time subscribers and are subject to availability.


Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

  • Web subscriptions: cancel in your account settings on altura.coach, or via the management link in your billing receipts.
  • App Store subscriptions: cancel in your Apple ID settings.
    • iOS / iPadOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
    • macOS: System Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases

Refunds

Subscriptions are sold on a non-refundable basis after the trial period. Specifically:

  • We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or downgrades within a paid period.
  • We may make exceptions at our discretion for genuine service issues — for example, if you were charged twice or if a paid feature was broken for an extended period.

To request a refund exception, write to support@altura.coach with your account email and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your jurisdiction.


App Store purchases

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple controls App Store refunds — not Altura. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or follow the instructions in your Apple receipt email.

Apple’s refund decisions are governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.


Web purchases through Lemon Squeezy

Web subscriptions purchased on altura.coach are sold by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT, refunds, and chargebacks for web purchases.

Lemon Squeezy may have its own refund policies that supersede this policy for web purchases. Those policies are linked from your billing receipts and at lemonsqueezy.com.

To request a refund for a web purchase, write to support@altura.coach first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. If we cannot, you may also use the dispute path linked in your Lemon Squeezy billing receipts.


Plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not pro-rate or refund the difference within a paid period.
