What happens after my 7-day trial?
Your trial does not auto-convert to a paid plan. Before your trial ends, visit your account settings online and select a plan to continue using Altura.
If you don't upgrade, your access will pause until you choose a plan.
Can I switch plans later?
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time — the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Filler Coach and Coach Pro are separate products, so you can't switch a subscription from one to the other.
Is my data private?
Yes. Live audio is processed on your device — it never leaves your machine. For deeper analysis, you choose the privacy model: on-device, local LLM, or cloud AI.
Cloud features are always opt-in, and you control whether and where session data is stored.
What are the hardware requirements for Filler Coach and Coach Pro?
Both require an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) running macOS Tahoe 26.3.1 or later. iPadOS support is coming soon.
Altura runs as a native app with no browser dependencies.
